Orientation For Prospective Practice Licence Applicants

The Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana) is organising a four-day orientation programme for prospective Practise Licence applicants who have had prior working experience with a practising firm, and have ceased to be employees of the practising firm for a period exceeding 2 years.
Admission Requirements: 

To attend this programme, a prospective applicant must satisfy the following requirements:

  1. Ceased to be an employee of a practising firm for a period above 2 years.
  2. A minimum of 3 or 4 years (as may apply) experience with a practising firm in Ghana, 2 of which must be post qualification.
  3. A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant (Ghana), and be in good standing with the Institute for a minimum period of 2 years.

Venue: Miklin Hotel, East Legon

Date: 28th November – 1st December, 2011

Period: 4 daysFee: GH¢1,200 per Participant

Time: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. each day

Payment: Payment by cash, bank draft or crossed cheque in the name of “Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana)”. Registration and full payment should be made one (1) week before commencement of the programme.

Fee covers orientation/ training materials, certificate, coffee break and lunch.

All ICAG members who meet the above requirements and are desirous of obtaining the Institute’s Practise Licence are enjoined to take advantage and attend this important programme.
